Key holding

Someone nearby with a key you can trust.

We keep a labelled spare key in a secure cabinet and use it only when you ask us to. Property checks after storms, access for guests and tradespeople, deliveries received.

• Secure, labelled storage with no address on the key
• Property checks with a short written report
• Access for guests, cleaners and tradespeople
• Emergency call-out in coordination with you

Priced on request. Key holding is quoted individually because it depends on how often you need visits and what each visit involves. Tell us about the property and we reply with a fixed monthly price.
